Can't post pictures

Any time I try to post a picture, regardless of size or source, I get an error message: "oops something went wrong"

What went wrong?

Works for me, where are you getting your pictures from.

Usually download from Reddit to my system then upload to Perb. Has worked great in the past, but now it doesn't matter where I get a pic from it just won't upload.

I download to my iPad and then from there to here.

So it works if I drag and drop, but not if I try to upload. That works good enough.
