Can't log on with cel phone

I haven't been on here much lately because I can't log on with my smart phone. I put in username then password it says thanks for logging in and then immediately takes me back to previous page and I am not logged in. Can anyone help me with this I am able to go on on my computer but not cel tried on data or wifi both won't work. Have a Android device with Rogers as the provider.

What phone do you use? My Blackberry/Rogers works fine.

My iPhone works fine, are you logged off on your computer? Sometimes that makes a difference.

Both my iPhone and Bkackberry on Rogers work just fine

Must be doing it wrong. I've never used my computer. Just Apple and bb.

Im with Fido.. I have a Samsung S5 and i have no issues.
Maybe message Fred.. To see what he suggests to do.
