Candy is actually real.
She works at Linda's. They ask for $150 + tips.
She told me from all the big fuss, she only had 3 sessions.
So I can see why Agency was better for her.
She wanted me to actually do a review, so here it is.

She came right on time and wore outfit as per request.
Candy was quite enthusiastic and has a excellent attiude.
If you must ask, she plays it safe!
She is around 18 and 5"8. Sorry boob lovers, Acup.
Very cute, young and found her to be quite attractive.

8/10, if you want a rating. Would repeat.

Packet, I won't be seeing her because of her age and the agency, but would you please explain the above statement.

Do you mean that $150 gets you the basics, i.e. oral + FS, and that you decided to tip her afterward? Or, do you mean that she tried to get more money out of you after you paid the $150 agency fee to perform those services? It's the difference between a fair deal and a ripoff.

She ASKED for a tip? Since when does anyone ask for a tip? You really shouldn't have done that! Don't encourage greed!!

An agency will tell you the expected rate. Then they tell the lady coming to see you, to push for more $'s. Example she will then ask about a tip for herself. Speaking from experience that was something I could not, nor would not do.
However when you call an independent you will be told an amount and that's all that is expected.

The average is about $175 for an incall. All except Oshean/CindyFF are between $150 and $200, as far as I know.

Yes, indy girls get $150-200 for full service incall. No agency fee to pay, no driver/muscle to pay, its cash on the barrelhead.

I thought you tried indy before taking refuge under the umbrella of an agency?!? What did you charge then? What do you manage to take home now?

A good, stable, attractive indy, who does her job well, can make a lot of money in this business. A LOT of money.

A $600 suite, $200 advertising, $100 phone, and a few hundred for incidentals (laundry, safety, toys). If she's good, and builds a steady clientelle, she can easily average one session per day. At $175/session x 20/month, thats $3500 gross, or $2400 net. $600 net per week is like $50k year before taxes. 1 hour a day, 5 days a week, $50k year at $175 per session.

Build a bigger client base, go for two sessions a day, and bingo, you're making over $100k / year.

How many tricks do you have to do per day to average that working for a pimp.. oops, I mean agency? How many wasted calls, no shows, changed my mind, you're not what I ordered, etc. How much travel time, tips for the driver, backstabbing and stealing of "your" clients when a regular calls and asks for "Candy"? Sure, you have to be a little more careful as an Indy, but the rewards are soooo much greater. And your clients don't have to put up with the hassle of an agency.

For the lazy girls who don't want to put effort into building thier business, or who cannot inspire a customer to call for a repeat visit, I'd heartily recommend an MP or an agency. No brains required, just show up, collect for an hour session, bug for a tip, strip and pillow starfish. 40 mins later, leave. Easy.

But, if you want to retire early, and really enjoy your work, there's no way you'd choose an agency.

I do quite well at linda's. My clients are always very pleased and I have never been refused. I am polite and always stay the whole hour. This is somewhere to start. Wouldn't I have to get my own license?

Candy here is another angle for you to think about ......guys rather see you get all the money......why is Linda getting any money ( because she used your picture and has a phone number )

Most guys on perb know that 25 - 50 % of your money will go to Linda or whomever.... and for what ??

If you take all the money and pay some bills you will make more money in the end and in turn you will spend more time with your customers and therefore gaining a solid client list.

But when the phone rings after 30 minutes or 45 minutes and then someone comes knocking on the door etc etc is no turn on for the guys at least.

For independents, I think the perfect scenerio is to have a suite to work from - then go home at the end of the day.

For those that live & work from the same place, it can tend to lead to "burn out". Learn to separate your real life from your working life, it's a hard thing to master.

I do agree with the above about the 'ol door knock at the 45 min mark - that SUCKS, and ladies when you're in session - Turn off the phone!

I know we absolutely bombarded you when you tried the independent route, but the advise your getting is genuine. Go independent. Set yourself up in a suite with another SP and give it a go.

You seem really nice, and I'd certainly consider booking with you if you were independent. I don't book through agencies under any circumstances and I know that there are many guys on PERB that feel the same way.

Burned too many times with agencies. No matter how genuine you are, the agency isn't always. Even if you're not doing the old bait and switch, the agency usually isn't above it. I call for Candy, they say you're available when you're not because they want the business. Then they send someone else. Its your rep that gets ruined though. Sure there will be other clients, but you won't develop a stable base of regulars that you can trust and count on.
