Canadian Idol Judges. Hard of Hearing?

Ok am I weird or what? Each week the judges go ga ga over kaleb from Nova Scotia. I'm sorry but to my ears he sounds like a sick sheep.

His interpretations are 'original' yes but can anyone here explain why "the people in the music biz" (represented by the judges) think what he does is good??

The boy does have raw talent but his personal twists on the songs he performs are the same and is starting to get annoying. IMHO, Kaleb's rendition of 'Truly' was sad as like the judges, I expected more from him.

Hear, Hear!

I enjoyed his "tears from heaven" a couple of weeks back cause he put some real soul into a soulful song. But frankly, that was the only performance of his that I thought was top notch. I thought the first half of "Truly" was off key - but then he punched it at the end.

Who knows... Jacob's performance made me laugh but it might not be good enough too.

And Teresa - what a hottie! Deepest brown eyes, wow!

Surprise...surprise.....Kaleb is done..........

Havent' see the results show yet but:

Jacob's performance knocked him down a peg.
I dont' think that the general public understands what makes Kaleb appealing to the judges they said so last week or the week before.

I think Kalen our young Alberta buck is that real deal.

Calgary odds place Kalen as the odds on favorite with Theresa a distant second and Jacob a close third.
