I have no idea what they were supposed to include, I haven't traveled since last year, so don't have first hand experience what the difference in screening is now versus prior to this emergency. Now, although I haven't traveled recently, it's a safe assumption to make that "enhanced screening" does not mean force quarantining people coming into the country. If I had to take a guess, they probably ask more questions and inform returning Canadians to self isolate, maybe refer Canadians to Health Canada's website (where I assume it has instructions what to do if one experiences symptoms). But again, I'm just speculating and have no first hand experience.

I'm not stating what is or is not happening on the ground at airports when you come into Canada, I haven't gone through an airport since last year. I haven't challenged anything scientific, or because experts have given advice I don't like, but I will challenge self-important assholes and opinionated people who think only their opinion is allowed. That includes politicians like Trudeau, who have limited ability, but talk a good game.

Don't know about South Korean privacy laws; but exactly how is something similar possible in Canada? This may be extraordinary times; but that doesn't mean all of our laws can simply be ignored.

I like the fact that they specify the Location of Work. BC/CA needs to do this. It’s one thing to constantly reference Lynn Valley old folks home. It’s another to just say “in the Fraser Health region”. Name the Hospitals and the Businesses. People are going to risk going into work to get their paycheck rather than quarantine. Utter BS.
I don't think they have to be as specific as businesses, or streets, but I think we should know how many are in each town or even municipality.
