Can someone explain how IF works

I'd consider myself still fairly green to this. I've seen some SP's in the lower mainland and every SP I go to, whether it be from Coco Collective, 1122, or Bunzclub, you're given an address and phone number to text. Then given a buzzer number and unit number.
With IF it appears it's a giant house. How exactly does this work? Do you run into other guests? Is there a front desk, like a hotel? How private is it?
Overall just curious as I've only ever visited private places

Only went there once. There's basically a waiting room where you wait for the girl to take you to your room. Its been a while but there was discretion exercised when I was there. Had to stay in room until they said I could leave type deal, assuming to avoid running into others

Odds of running into other guests are low/zero. You schedule a booking, show up on time, wait in a private waiting area and your SP will take you to your room. There is a front desk but your interactions with booking staff will be limited unless you have questions or concerns. It's all fairly smooth

great thanks for the replies. For some reason I imagine a brothel situation where you and a bunch of other dudes are waiting in a lobby.
How's the noise situation. Can you hear other guests?
