Ok - I will bite. What the hell is "a simp" ??? And suppose my question clearly indicates that the answer to your question is "no time soon" since I have never even heard of a "simp" and I have known the term "a John" for 50 years.

I think simps are just as successful as are self declared male feminists (many of whom turn out to be the biggest closet creeps), in genuinely courting women. Stick to being a good human and respecting all other humans.

Why are we using incel terminology on an escort review board?

This "simp" rhetoric is rooted in misogyny, imo. Women deserve to be treated with respect without men being shamed for doing so. Chivalry and being nice to a woman works. If it doesn't, she wouldn't be interested in you no matter what approach you took. The term is now just a blanket expression used whenever a man shows the slightest kindness toward a woman.
Not seeing the connection since being a "simp" is on the burden of the man's approach to the woman.

Being chivalrous and kind should go without saying, of course.

Like poonerboi says, "A man that puts himself in a subservient/submissive position under women in hopes of winning them over, without the female bringing anything to the table.".... it's more of this "man's" fault for allowing himself to be trampled (often financially) on just for the mere privileged of breathing the same air as the woman.

As least with a John there should be a clear understanding of a business arrangement, that he pays for a service in return. And if he doesn't get the service, or is not satisfied, he'll go elsewhere. In theory, there should be an even split of control in that temporary relationship where both can benefit.

If she brings hotness and the willingness to dominate, that's bringing plenty to the table! As for a man, he doesn't always submit to win her over.

The term is not used strictly within this definition. Even if a man comments that a women is beautiful or shows her any sort of kindness, he now runs the risk of being called a simp.

From a woman's perspective, don't worry about being a simp. Many women like men who are hunters and enjoy being chased. Only boys are more concerned with the approval of other boys over going after what they want. Thus making them less attractive than so called "simps" :)
Agreed

And boys who are anxiously concerned about seeking approval from other boys is a sign of herd mentality, low testosterone and likely a dud in the intelligence department.

Sounds like a lot of marriages I know. Part of the reason I enjoy my time more with companions than the battle axe.

The title doesn't say it all. Neither does the question. How it is becoming the "norm" in these strange times? Are you related to Trump?

Back in the old days simp was short for simpleton.
Maybe in the way of the world today with terms lately of "New Normal" and the way things are a term like "simp" can have different meanings to different people depending on what year you were born. I know the word pissed has two meanings for me, I'm pissed and mad or I'm pissed and drunk. So I guess it's just the way things are and where you grew up.

Very few women want a submissive boy. Most often they like their men strong, and an Alpha. So while a few may want a guy they can boss around, it will be the minority.
