Calling all veterans! Best Massage and HE (First time recommendations)

Long time lurker looking to do this for the first time. Although I would like to prioritize a good massage. From doing my research seems like Elsa at 4seasons is a solid option and was wondering if anyone can recommend more options similar to her or provide more details on her.
