Want to spend New Years in Cabo?
I have a junior suite timeshare at Marina Fiesta Resort in Cabo San Lucas available from Dec 31, 2011 to Jan 7, 2012.

Unfortunately, I can't use it this year, but am willing to rent it out for $400 cash, or trade for fun with the right girl.
