C-36 impact

I think there are 2 reasons for it being quiet and agree they are both the result of C-36.
1) Less activity. Certainly less when it comes to seeing new girls and TOFTT.
2) Guys are sticking to well established regulars who they have previously reviewed or there is already lots of info out there on, so no need to reinvent the wheel.

I noticed it too. EC does not have nearly as many ads as a year ago. Is this going to affect rates charged by SPs?
That's an example and the proliferation of text me only today ads that are here today and gone today as well. Supply and demand will always dictate fees.
Could just be a cyclical thing but I do think C-36 has achieved it's mission to date.

I hate to admit it, but I think you're right. I think the industry will rebound, however. In the 80s the laws changed, and the internet also had a role with changing the way SPs and clients conduct trade. Whatever the gov't does, they will never end demand, and thus supply.
Seems that way. Less activity here (could be just people not wanting to post), but also less ads and less touring talent.
I can only speak for myself, but I don't really see that much of a difference with the the implementation of PCEPA. Just the annoyance of changing my ads and website. It's January, things are always slower in this quarter, I would hardly attribute it to PCEPA alone. I would say things are about the same or equal to last year for me.

Asians are still touring, still see almost all the same ads on BP. I have seen some drop off here but on CERB it seems to have dropped significantly. What I find more of a curiosity is how very quiet the WPS has been, thankfully so, but still it is like waiting for the other shoe to drop to see how they are going to play the new laws. Since December not a single newspaper story of any arrests or any feedback of any harassment for guys or girls.
