They check all the girls IDs and the patrons. They ran warrant checks on the customers for no better reason than being in the place.

I have gotten many licences.
Bylaws has the right to come in at anytime and check for any one under age, illegal emigrants, drugs and any other stuff they feel is not legal. Even how the ladies are dressed. Get this...the dress code for service providers is stricter than for the woman who work in city hall. It's a bitch, but a fact of life in the industry.
