Burner phone

Mods, if this is not ok, I do apologize.
Is there a place where one can get a burner phone that won't break the bank, the place or seller isn't shady, and the phone actually works?
All you need is a pay-as-you-go plan which you can get at a 7-11, but what about phones themselves?
Kijiji & FB Marketplace are ridiculous.

Walmart has cheap basic phones for kids. Perfectly adequate for pooners.
