There's been very little from anyone here who actually seems to have gone and got a buko massage. So, I decided a few weeks ago that I was going to TOFTT. Called one of the two ladies who participate in the advertising war (the older one) and made a date for the following Tuesday morning (This was Tuesday the week before). Unfortunately, I had a work crisis so on Thursday I texted her to break the date and promised to make it up to her the next week (BTW, no answer to that text). So, the following week, I texted her for an appointment the next Tuesday and she answered that the time was good for her. I answered by saying that I would contact her on Tuesday morning to confirm and to get her address and she said "ok". Come the day, I did this but got no reply. Tried her twice more and no reply. I'm guessing that she was getting back at me for cancelling earlier, even though I gave her five days notice. At least it didn't cost me anything. Seems that getting "stood-up" for a massage is becoming a way of life for me…sigh. Still on the trail of the elusive buko with more to follow.
