First question, how is your Spanish?
Buenos Aires has some of the most beautiful girls in the world. Lots of immigration from Germany, Spain, Italy makes for some interesting combinations.

Don't use any agencies. Your best gameplan is as follows;

1. DO NOT hail a taxi off the street. Always get your hotel/bar to call you a taxi.
2. DO NOT wear gold, watches, fancy clothes etc
3. Do go to the Kilkenny pub/bar. This place is jam packed with local Argentine women looking to meet foreigners. Most likely you can find a drunk girl and wont need to pay.
4. If you strike out at Kilkenny get your taxi driver to take you to the "Cocodrilo" aka Crocodile. Your taxi driver will know where it is.

This is were local Argentine men go to poon. Best talent hands down. When I was there it was 50(pesos) to get in, 150(pesos) to get the girl of your choice for an hour. 200(divide by 3 to get the rough $USD conversion) is a hell of a bargain.

Thank for the tips. I would prefer not to use agencies. I rather pick up Argentine women or use a high class independent escort. Could you recocomend few? honestly if i could get an escort to come to my hotel every night while was there it be great.

if english is your first language you can pick up enough spanish from phrase books to get along in very short order. pronunciation is the key, though. imagine all the foriegners you've ever met. their grammar and vocabulary can be pretty choppy and you can still understand them if their pronunciation is reasonable. but if their pronunciation is the shits, they can be speaking perfect english grammar and vocabulary and you will still find it hard to understand them

regarding the locals, memorize the phrase, 'please speak simply and slowly...' and plan to use it a lot - because after you ask they will speak the first word simply and slowly, then they will say the rest like a machine gun, lol
