If there's one kind of scene I have never experienced and wanted to, was a 4sum with 3 girls. I am wondering if there are any known providers of this kind of fantasy? or is it the kind of thing where it's easier to find a duo and see if a girl is interested in joining?

Cool idea. If there's one thing I should try before this hobby becomes worthy of a criminal code conviction it should be this - I'd never considered it and I think for many people it would be too expensive for an hour.
I've never seen it advertised and to be honest I think you'd be way better off finding two girls who are comfortable with each other and bringing in a third who they know. The chemistry between the three girls would be critical for the experience to be really awesome.

There are many girls out there that offer duo's. Find a duo that you like, I am sure won't be that hard to find a 3rd to join.

Been there done that twice a couple of years ago with different ladies, one time paying a fee for each but the second time being with one SP who wanted two of her friends to join us (for free!! but all enjoyed the boozing and partying) !! Not as exciting as I doubt you will find all 3 ladies equally appealing. And an hour is not long enough to enjoy each lady if all 3 are appealing. My 2nd group stayed longer so there was time to enjoy each. Will you be able to find 3 appealing ladies willing to participate? If you do not find them all appealing why go through the extra cost to have them there and also decrease your time with the appealing one(s)! Maybe you would enjoy having an audience?
