There are SPs who don't want the ramming often done by younger guys.

Also, customers over 30 are a higher likelihood of being a regular, since these guys like to have a regular sure satisfactory thing going, rather than the young guy who is ravenous for variety.

Then, there is the obvious fact that 30+ folks usually have more green than under-30.

You sir make no fucking sense. You say you've seen her a couple of times... why on earth would anyone see someone on more than one occasion if they aren't attracted to the person? It's not like she's changing names and numbers. She's been advertising as Brooklyn for quite some time. I saw her a couple of weeks ago and she is one hot babe no doubt.
