Actually, to the best of my knowledge Brooke 3250 was Alexa 7764 (same Alexa ex-Luci's from Richmond) before - independent to the 'party crew' I believe you're referring to of 7528 last 4 digits.

Strange, when i searched it the 3250 came up with lots of references to partying and even links to other party ads.

Perhaps ER is talking about the "Party Girls" group. There is a posting under Bait and Switch Champions. Sounds like this one should be avoided.
