Beverly Hills. In the Kitchen eatin' vittles.
Heard from and industry insider they shut down a few weeks ago.
Not sure of the circumstances.
Had not been in years but sounds like it had really gone downhill. Apparently they had no Jacuzzi's after a flooding issue.
I know some guys like the convenience of the MP's but between that and the poor quality, over priced staff I can't say many guys will miss them.
It should be interesting to see if Diamonds jacks their prices up now that they are the only game in town (I'm not counting that rat's nest Moonlight).

Cheers

It doesn't say much for us as a city that we can't keep at least one, half decent cat house going. No wonder I'm spending more time drinking espresso and muttering at my monitor.

In some ways you are correct but most of the fault lies with City Hall, the operators and the ladies/SP's themselves.

In the past the operators where more interested in squeezing as much money out of the operation as possible without putting a lot back into the business. Broadways and Moonlight are perfect examples of a place where the owner wouldn't even throw a new coat of paint on the walls occasionally. Sure businesses need to make a profit but you also need to make a place somewhere your clients don't feel the need to delouse as soon as they leave.

The by-laws governing the operation of MP's are so burdensome that it is virtually impossible for someone to start up a new operation. While in business you are under the scrutiny of a bunch of bureaucratic overseers who can pull your license to operate with ease, effectively shutting down a business you've just invested 10's of thousands of dollars opening up.

And if you do open up most of your day is spent basically running a daycare for adults. Lets face it, and I've been told this by industry people, 90% of your staff are unreliable and lazy. Most are working in an MP because they would either be on the low track or couldn't handle the responsibility of a regular job. Add to that the infighting, the cattiness, drugs, jealousy, etc. and who the hell would want to manage that all day.

Cheers

What Winnipeg needs is a reputable agency like Mirage, Roommates etc to set up full time here and cycle girls off of their roster through the city, maybe even train a few quality locals to be situated here with the opportunity to travel to other locations. On the bright side. Sophie from GOE tells me she will be spending some time in Winnipeg when he tours this summer. She is a fun little firecracker!

EB/TO is not (by my definition anyway) a cat house, brothel, whatever you wish to call it.
What JB says is absolutely true, add to it Winnipeg's overall rep as an " I can get a better deal" if not cheap city. But we as consumers can and should demand better. Whether that can make a difference given our antiquated laws and by-laws, remains to be seen.
I'm logging out and switching to bourbon, have a great Canada day weekend all.

thanks for the info Sophie symba I agree with you. But with this b/s going on with the so called licenced agencys who seem to think it is an "escorts" duty take your money and give you no sexual service what so ever all while paying a licencing fee to the city that is not going to happen any time soon .

Wish this city would have the vew that those in Amsterdam take towards others sexuality.

Its to bad really a work mate of mine took a trip to Amsterdam He was not a prude or religious right wing by any means . But I remember him saying the thing about Amsterdam was nobody cared I asked him what he meant when he said " nobody cared" ? He then went on describing several things happening in that city that most likely would have been front page news or at least someone would take out there cell phone and make a you tube video in winnipeg .

I wont go into all the various things he saw . But the sentence he kept on repeating over and over again was " and nobody cares" A couple of examples of what he said " he was at a train stop and two lesbian women where kissing " and nobody cares" people did not even bother to look up from there newspapers. He saw this post card with a woman having sex with an animal and nobody cares . They just went about there own business . He went on repeating the phrase " and nobody cares" All while talking about things mostley of a sexual nature that he thought people should be shocked about or at least have some type of reaction to .

I wish winnipeg would adopt that I do not care what other people do sexually attitude . That they have in Amsterdam .

Not gonna' happen. This has been discussed many times before.

A balanced and fair review from reverdy (this guy is an ace pooner/reviewer, even inserts links from sexinfo101 re: the positions he does!) https://terb.cc/vbulletin/entry.php?1695-Sophie-Garden-of-Eden Points out one of my objections to GOE: it photoshops the hell outta' the pics.

I know it will probably not happen, but I do not see why it could or should not. The two Asian agencies are doing this already on a small scale quite successfully.

It would be nice if they even updated the pics once in a while. Sophie is no hard body and definitely has a few extra pounds not visible in the pictures, but she is till very cute and provides a level of service that ranks right up there with the only two providers I will travel to Winnipeg for the sole purpose of seeing. Felina, and Roksi whenever she comes to Winnipeg.

Not sure why, but my response to the first part of Hugh's post became part of his quote. i did not mean to do that. On a side note, I wish GOE would send Amber here. No photo-shopping required on that hard body and the service is legendary!

High prices will do it to you. At Diamonds girls there think they should get 160 tips after the 80 dollar room fee. Too much. Not worth it

I'm very disappointed to learn Broadways closed their doors. I know for some with a tight time schedule, it was probably one of a few places where you could spend time with a reasonably good looking attendant on short notice. Who wouldn't predicted Broadways would close down before Moonlight. That place is an utter dive; from the decor, the tattered towels from the early 80's and crappy attendants who consistently lie and misrepresent the number of available attendants. The wrong place closed down IMO.

My guess is it has little to do with the service or the place. But where it used to be located broadways. Was across from an apartment block and a small corner store As well as near a local church . My guess is the neighborhood decided to take action . Moonlight is located in area without any residences in it in a semi industrial area where no body actually lives. So no one with residences in the area to complain about it.

That place had been there for ages. Why would people complain now? I believe it closed down due to lack of clients. I went there once and experienced some serious upselling which tells me that they were pretty much "client starved".

I stopped going to Broadway's over 20 years ago because it was such a dump/ I can only imagine what it was like before it closed down.

As for Moonlight, I haven't been there for at least 12 or 13 years. I stopped going there mainly because of the low calibre of ladies who worked there. I thought it wasn't quite as bad as Broadway's, especially if you used the Jacuzzi room. It certainly wasn't high end, though.

Did Jordana from EB work here also? Anyone with an idea where Jordana is now? She was one of the best looking girls around.
