I think many others would share my view that not recieving service for the entire time booked is a major source of dissatisfaction. Based on your review there is no way that I would ever consider seeing Brittany.

It would be great to be able to book a half hour with the option to extend to the hour. Given the pricing model of most agencies where the second half hour is so much cheaper than the first (130 for a half and 180 for the hour) it is hard not to book an hour.
