Normally I would say you were right. I used to go there often back in 2000ish. Clean place, pretty, friendly staff and good service. I left town for a while, came back, started going there again, had a horrible time. I thought it was that particular woman. I went back a few more times, different women, the whole attitude of the place had changed. It was all about ripping people off. I haven't been back since.
