Recently had an awkward situation. I usually keep away from spicy food before a session, but completely zoned out and made a meal that not only had a lot of garlic, but I misread the recipe, and doubled the garlic. This was the night before a pre-booked morning session.

Now, I know enough about garlic to know brushing, and swigging mouthwash only reduces, but doesn't eliminate garlic on the breath. I did the first two, then chewed some gum and sucked some lozenges for the hour before. Not sure if it worked or not, but I wonder if anyone has any tricks to sweeten breath?

Embrace your inner Italian. Bring a bottle of Chianti, a plate of Bruschetta (oooh, and add lots of Buratta for creamy indulgence); a few Kalamata olives, prosciutto, and a baked stinking rose on the side. Have a dozen long-stems and good array of chocolates in the other arm. Sache in and proclaim “Ciao Bella, Amore!” In your best spaghetti western voice. “Food is Love! ❤ ❤ ❤ let’s dance!”

Yeah, remember, they want to fuck the wild (romantic) guy, not mr. sweet. That said, I often forget to look after my breath, no wonder they don't want to kiss!

Drinking some Milk or any creamy substance will help ...or even semi thick like almond / oatmilk etc...

online suggestions are in line with it

1. Eat Apples,
2. Drink Lemon Juice
3. Green Tea.
4. Milk
5. Parsley / Mint

I would have just rescheduled. Much of the problems smelly food cause is not just the bad breath, it comes out of our sweat and sticks on our hands from when we handle the food. So what do? Stay away from sugar and dairy. Drink lots of water, lemon, eat Cucumber and citrus, eat Celery, carrots, apples, and Lemons. Drink green tea, black tea, mint tea, all black. Avoid coffee. Floss, brush your teeth, and clean around the inside of your mouth. Scrub your hands with Lemons to get rid of the smell, take the leftover lemon skin to clean around your face too.Take a stool softener before bed to get everything out. Take a long hot steamy shower to sweat everything out, triple wash, and then after the third rinse, stand under cold water to stop the sweating, and take another shower once you go to they lady's incall. Listerine pocket packs and the spray inside of your mouth work wonders also as well as taking Breath Mate.

I want to point out one thing with coffee. Black Coffee doesnt leave a linger scent as bad as Coffee with Double double etc. If one can't cut coffee, but can learn to transition to only cream and then black, it'll improve your overall Body Odor scent. This is also dependant on how much coffee one drinks. Tea is a better alternative.

Alternatively, one can get those radiator / battery acid drinks - [ Energy drinks with a gigaton caffeine laced with Taurine and Guarana Seed and Ginseng ] 😂

I can't do Cream and Sugar. May as well have hot chocolate at that rate. Black for me all the way.
