It is all about how sexy the woman is. When I meet an SP it is her sexy look and attitude that brings me back. Interestingly enough, the ones that have me spell bound have real tits and they along with everything else are simply magnificent.

Um, im confused!?!, how do you know if breath mints are real or not, they taste yummy. Oh that reminds me. Breasts, natural is the way to go, no need to enhance. Breasts are beautiful, big,small,saggy,perky,nipply,etc...

For me shape/perkiness are most important. Size doesn't matter too much, but bigger is always better. But I'd take a nicely shaped A cup over a saggy natural D or an implant job that didn't go well. By nice shape I prefer breasts that are close together, roundish, nipple upturned.

If a lady already has nice small boobs then I wouldn't want them to get implants, but if they are saggy or otherwise not in great shape, implants are A-OK with me. Just seen too many girls with nice small breasts get boob jobs that result in large not nice breasts.

Very few women look better after breast implants...especially after a few years. Firm shapely breasts always look good no matter their size.
