Coming to Vancouver in the next Friday and looking for a GFE or PSE provider that is awesome, is enhanced, caucasian (no preference for blond or brunette). Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!

Lucy Lake come to mind, though - she's got tons of positive reviews here and seems to fit your criteria although I've never tried her myself, just going by what I've read.

I think Lucy is out of town on Friday according to her website. You might want to try Ashley Lawrence.
