Could be marketing too, she's trying to put herself up there as a classy sp. By not having east indian or african clients she might be hoping to appeal to clients that don't want a provider who services those races. She also makes herself look more selective and desirable.
Though I wonder what the difference is between them and say pakistanis, west indians, etc. unless she meant all of them. IMO anyone that doesn't see her is better off anyways based on reviews.
