I did exactly this when I made a batch of sausage and YAY for YouTube.I ran the meat through once then added the spices etc and then put the bowl in the freezer and then ran it through a second time and back into the freezer again.Sausage turned out fantastic.tip for you, use semi frozen meat in the grinder, works way better
when at the end of your grind, put a piece of bread in and it will push the last bit of meat out of the grinder, less waste
