If your looking to strength build, forget Bowflex. Anybody who does use their Bowflex's past the first few months find they hit a plateau that they can't break. It's not bad for starting out though, or for those times you can't make it to the gym, or just want a quick workout while waiting to for laundry, etc.Dakota Wood said:And to those nay sayers who think the novelty will wear off. While I am frighteningly strong for a woman, I think with a regular workout, the lifting wouldn't be so heavy. I'm not trying to get 'in' shape, I already am.
