I actually prefer the fake ones. I like women with hot fit bodies and big round tits.
I see "natural" women walking around everywhere each day. The only ladies I see with enhanced features would be strippers and such. If I'm going to book a session with a SP, I'd like to to be with someone that I wouldn't normally be able to pick up at a bar.
