Boob size in the 90s vs today.

I keep reading 411s where people seem to be talking about different sized breasts when they’re referring to the same person. So I thought a fun thread explaining how sizing has changed in the last few decades.

in the 90s Pamela Anderson had DDD’s. Today her boobs would probably be in an f or a g. People that are older than 35, might think DDD’s are massive. Under 35 and you might think they’re a fun size but nowhere huge as all that.

Bra companies just started offering more cup sizes. When I got my breasts done I was a c cup. My friends all went d or bigger. Some bigger than my head. Today while I haven’t changed all that much I’m a 32d in some places and bigger in other shops. My bra drawer has 32 d up to 32 e. I can’t even fit into a c. And my measurements are fairly close to what they were when I got my boobs done.

That’s how it is with all women’s clothing. Fit and sizing varies from shop to shop and from country to country. A size that fits in one store might be too small or too big in another store but that’s not what I was talking about.

For example, in La senza 20 years ago, I was a C. La senza got bought by Victoria’s Secret and now I’m a DD there. At La vie en rose, I was a C and now I fit a D bra there. 20 years ago, I was 31 and a half inches below my bust on my rib cage and 36 inches around my bust. Today I’m 31 and a half inches and 36 inches around my bust.

So if a lady has DDD in her ad, chances are she’s not lying. That’s her size. But if you’re over 30 looking at her ad, you might think she’s exaggerating and might think she’s just a large C.
The way bra shops measure has changed.

On a side note Victoria secret, measures in a completely weird way and I don’t know if I trust them on telling an actual size lol

Maybe she got a boob reduction. Lots of girls that went huge back in the day end up getting reductions when they get older. Too big is hard on the back if you don’t work out lots. And a huge chest would probably get in the way lots at the gym lol

As a purveyor (connoisseur?) of lovely ladies since the late 60's, I can state without hesitation, there has definitely been a change overall in boob size, physical size as well. This is not a commercial bra size comment its a real physical size change. This is not just women, but men too as diets, more healthy (or unhealthy) living, physical exercise routines and so on all have changed. Better or more vitamins? There have been studies on that topic.

I don't know how to compare the commercial bra size then to now, but there is no question in my mind that breast size overall has increased. In a lot of countries, height has increased. In the 70's big tits as luscious as they were (and still are) were what I would consider a C cup, maybe a D or a CC if there is such a thing, today. I would say that if one of the lovelys in the past decade with double D's was put back in that time frame, she could become the sweater or T Shirt model of the decade.

But really, this is all semantics. I say bring on the beautiful breasts, the magnificent mammaries, the tasty titties, they are all wonderful

Love the topic. I love a great big handful as i have big hands but I also love it when boobs look huge. A C cup can look huge on some women depending on their frame and the type of implant and the projection profile. On others a C is not very noticeable. The 90's were famous for outrageous big boobs like Wendy Whoppers, Minka, and Pandora Peaks to name a few. Not too many go that big now. I still love that look:





Most don't go for such an obvious enhanced look. I know that look is not appealing to everyone but it works for me.

I am astounded at how bad guys are at recognizing augmented boobs and how cagey they get when they want to think a pair is real when it isn't. There are tons of guys who say that they only like real boobs but really like the amazing look of augmented boobs because they are so clueless.

It’s possible in some stores, those would wear a D bra. Nobody’s lying or exaggerating. 20 years ago, boob sizing was way more standard (aside from Europe vs North American) and if a b cup said she was a d in her ad, she was lying lol. Today it’s all over the place 😒😀

Sizing is adjusted to how a woman feels.
Shoe size numbers are shrinking, bra size letter are getting larger, dress size number are dropping. Even their best of 10 raking has hit the ceiling as they all alledge to be 10s.

This is exactly what I was talking about being astounded by. Look at photos. Your eyes will tell you the answer. It is like some people don't want to believe that boobs they love are "fake". I don't get why.
