Appointments

I tried to get an appointment with Coco when she worked for an agency. The telephone contact told me to call one hour before the agreed time. When I called I was told she was unavailable. I wonder if the person who keeps track of appointments gets mixed up with callers and schedules customers concurrently.
When I called for Coco my time was very limited so I wasn't able to re-schedule.
I plan to try again when she's available. Hopefully, I'll be successful.
