Does anyone know if Blue Water on Howe Street is operating now? Any info on their COVID sanitation protocols?

Yes, it is open limited hours with a small lineup—Cynthia for sure, don’t know who else. You need to book ahead. They offer a full service menu like Lotus, etc.

Yes, they are open limited hours. I was a walk in last week and Cynthia gave me my massage. She said it was mostly appointment only but regulars still drop by. She may have been the only one there, not sure. Blue Water doesn't advertise at all, they rely on regulars and like to stay on the DL. Although Cynthia said one guy found them on google maps.
I go in once every month or two and usually get either Cynthia or Lisa, both in their 40's but good at their job...lol

Mediocre with much better options DT especially if you look up indies.

Blue water has nice facilities, convenient location, somewhat discreet, and consistent (but not exceptional) service. Its never had young or even hot ladies (Winter was their best but afaik has been gone some time) and price is meh although not an outright scam, there’s just usually better value options.
