I have heard it said by many sources in sports media that AA and Gibbons will be back! In my opinion I would give AA one more shot but cut Gibby loses he was t a good manager the first time or this time IMO. It's all so being said that Beaston will be out as prez
He isn't a major league player. He is a hell of a mascot but he has 10 RBI this year. He is not a threat to hit a home run or even a deep sac fly. He has no pop. If you want to be entertained during the game put in the stands with face paint and a clown nose because he has no business on a big league ball field.
It's funny, when bcneil started this thread, the Jays had just swept the Tigers and were in first place, some 100 games ago:

Orioles look unbeatable. Looking forward to the playoffs. Only other team I see as a threat in the A.L. is Anaheim. N.L is a bit of a crap-shoot.
The only thing that worries me is, baseball can humble you in a heartbeat. Would love to see them run the table in October.
Orioles wont get past the 1st round,Angels will cruise to the world series,would be nice to see the Mariners get a wild card.
They had a stat on the Dodgers on SportsNet today about LA only winning just over half of their games on days that Kershaw doesn't pitch.
