I think that i have a little bit of liberty since I started this thread. Although in all honesty it was to provide insight that Sam was returning, my original post did not specify Sam. Others who had similiar information linked it to her and the thread grew. To suggest that this is "Sam's thread" I do not believe is true. For someone to bring comparisons to others I think is ok so long as Sam is not discussed in a negative light. If one is not happy with Sam or her service please take it to a review thread where it can be dissected ad nauseum. What is most refreshing is that she has returned, has been welcomed by the community and we are all better off for this.
