What was she saying you could not do as you had not paid for it?
If it was services normally accepted as not being in a FS package and considered to be sGFE level services then yea you are not going to get them at FS prices and should not ask for them when you agreed to FS for FS rates. Doing so can affect a SPs attitude as she might feel like your trying to take advantage of her, however if your just asking for what you paid for and being denied then she is in the wrong.
However give your last post ranting about not being able to get sGFE extras at FS prices I am inclined to believe you are in the wrong on this one and you over stepped your boundaries with the girl.

Blake should have ended the session the moment you started being a douche bag and given you your money back.
