So I had some tentative plans to see a local sp this afternoon that didn't pan out , conflicting schedules and what not , It's to be expected around the holiday season for sure

That's a shame, I saw her months ago and she was pretty good, never any excuse for sub par service though, hopefully she can turn things around, though thankfully there's always Jolynn at EBC who has yet to let me down. When I saw her she was even eager to share a shower at the end.
I asked her before the session if she was comfortable with french kissing so maybe she only did it because she wanted to get the session as I would not have stayed with her if she said "just lips" that is a mood killer and not sGFE at all.
Hopefully someone at EBC explains to her what a $300 sGFE session should include and how important it is to spend the hour with the client and not outside the room.

I have not heard of any training. Actually training will endager the MP legally. I do not know if you have read about the owner of "Just for Men" and the other MP "do not remember the name.

I've always wondered what kind of "training/orientation" a girl gets when they get hired ??? Is it like a real job where they get thrown into the fire/ask questions later and bitch about how they never got formal training or is their an actual training/orientation by a manager/Sr provider showing them the ropes, etc ?

I remember seeing a girl at legends a few years back and she joked about how they had a "training manual" at the studio. The new hires had to read it to familiarize themselves with their policies, etc. I dunno if she was joking, but I found it amusing. It makes sense though come to think of it, I mean let's say a new girl enters this biz for the 1st time, how is she gonna know what pse, gfe, daty, bbbj, etc, etc means ? I'd imagine someone trains them on sp etiquette , acronyms used by clients, pricing structure, etc ?

You have added the practical aspect. I guess you are right.

It really depends on the owner. Some owners go to a ton of effort to show a lady to the ropes while other just toss them in a room and hope it all goes well.

Some studios have team meetings every week or two to discuss service and other issues. It all comes down to how serious an owner is about their business.

Vice in Edmonton is to small both in money and manpower to enforce the law's. The only way Vice does something in Edmonton is when someone complains.

Kent's Micro was tolerated until someone complained about it. Kent was in business for 6 years and they could have arrested him at anytime for running an illegal brothel. With all the ad's he ran on CL, it would have not been all that hard to build a case. Vice did not care until Kent was dumb enough to use a house in middle class residential area where the community members complained to the police forcing Vice to respond.

A studio could get away with training their attendants without having to worry about being perceived as living off the avails of prostitution. None of the MPA's are about to complain to Vice about training. Laws are only as good as the people who enforce them.
