Blackrose XDS and DN

I read some great reviews about Blackrose at DayNight so I have her on my tdl but I noticed there is a Blackrose at XDS as well. Are they the same? The stats look close enough and rates are the same so I'm just wondering if I need to add another Blackrose to my tdl? Lol
