I would say go for Diamond from www.vic2van.com, also known as Bijou from www.msluv.com.
See my review of her on this board. It is an honest, straight-up review and IMHO she is the best Black SP going in Vancouver at the moment.
I had a less positive experience with Kendall.
Definitely stay the hell away from Keysha and especially Sonja who advertises in the Georgia Straight/Province/Buy & Sell.
Amanda from www.gfefun.org might be o.k. I haven't tried her.
