It was only a question not that it was even my birthday, just a lot of people I know are born in September/October and pointed out all the businesses that offer birthday freebies & discounts. Interesting that the Coco Collective people jumped on the bandwagon when this came up. I totally understand businesses that do not offer a birthday special but more often than nought businesses that do offer this will probably get more business and repeat customers from this simple little gesture.
