That picture was probably taken when Trump was gushing about how great the Clintons were. Bill Clinton looks like he is sucking a lemon and is clearly not happy. He is NOT "checking out" some woman.

My guess is that he did not want to be there at all, but Hillary made him attend.

I find this more believable. With ALL the cameras and vids out there, surely there's another vid from a wider angle that can show what he possibly was looking at (was Ivanka even in that general direction?).

But even if the truth doesn't support the title, it does make for a funny GIF!
