Safety being attacked? Lol
I don't know anything about Bianca and have no knowledge about the legitimacy of their request for a deposit.
However a number of providers have told us stories of how they've been attacked. It is an unfortunate risk they all take. If an e-transfer reveals the person's identity, in a worst case situation, then there is a possibility of tracking down the offender. Otherwise the request for a deposit might deter someone with bad intentions. Again, I don' t know the particulars in this case.

If safety is an issue, and if it’s for identifying a person for the sake of identifying the person , then all that is required is a one dollar deposit.
