Beware of impersonators!
I know that Craigslist is full of bait & switches & other dangers (which is why Perb is great!) so thought I would post this as it may benefit some of you.
I was recently looking to see if there were any new Dommes on CL and I noticed 2 different new one using the exact same text as Mistress Dominique's ad...and even using her name sometimes (!) but I could tell it wasn't Mistress Dominique because the ads didn't have her pic or website address.
To be sure I emailed both of them and they responded with different names: Amanda and Pamela, working out of different locations. I don't think they are the same person which is even more alarming. I'm thinking a manager/pimp/handler might be placing their ads for them and just copying text from other ads (Dominique's for sure).
I contacted Mistress Dominique to see if she was a aware of this and she replied that she is trying to deal with it, has contacted the other women and asked them to stop but so far hasn't made much progress. The ads are still up.
I caution other pooners: be careful on Craigslist! The type of so-called Dominant woman who would either copy someone else's ad/use an established Dommes name and/or have someone else doing her marketing for her is not someone I would feel safe submitting to.
