Best sp for couples

Like the title says, which sp is the best and the most open to a couple. Me and my wife are wondering. I have inquired from different sps at times and have recieved differing answers from 'yes but it will cost the same as a duo' to 'yes no upcharge' and of course 'no'.
I understand that having a third person in the room can be distracting for the sp, however I was wondering if any of you perbs or sps have had any experience in the matter?

I've noticed a few sp's advertise for women or couples. Recently saw Roxanne in cowichan, and if memory serves me correctly she does. If I'm wrong, my apologies. However my gf and I have tried miss cherry. Her rates are great for the third when it's a woman. She was very lively and interactive.
