I just went to TJ about 2 weeks ago. I got to the airport around 245p and got an UBER right to the border for 27 bucks. Thats a great price, but its only because its right before rush hr Tuesday.
If its something like 50-60 bucks UBER or Lyft I will take the bus and trolley to the border for 5 bucks total. Its time consuming of course and you may be too mentally tired or tired after a flight to save money.
After I caught the Uber to the border I needed some excercise and walked to Downtown TJ and than to the Hotel Ticuan. Which is a good walk for sure. But I needed it after sitting down for hours.
I would not advise at all to do the walking at night, day is OK, you will see women doing this why not you?
When I was there Adelita was closed, read they were shut down due to having underage workers. I paid the usual 100 for 30 min and than 30 for room. Some ladies are willing to take 80 if you see her twice or more in a day. I never found one willing to do 80 right off the bat. A lot of these HK ladies will only do covered BJ and some of the covered BJ I got lasting a whole 2 mins. Its rare to get awesome service like in Vancover's agencies. I just really go out of boredom and to see something else without flying overseas which is a PITA. You will have to ask if the lady allows DATY or willing to do bare BJ. Its not the best of service down there, just lots of variety right in your face. Hk really picks up Wednesday to the weekend. Tuesday when I showed up was not busy even at night.
BTW, you are technically suppose to have a passport to go to Mexico. Mine expired I was told to pay 30 bucks for a tourist visa in a room. I paid it and got no 7 day tourist visa or papers or any kind stating I paid. I am sure the border guy pocketed the money.
