Best provider for a new client.

So I'm finally at the point in my life where I'd like to actually try out the services instead of lurking from afar.

If price were of little concern, who is the best provider in the Vancouver orbit? Also, what is the best time to book for for a first timer? I like petite, so I've considered Pixxie as she is well reviewed, but since I'd like the best experience, and $ isn't much concern, WHO in your opinion is the best provider for someone new to all of this?
