My vote goes to the new Kylie from CA, after a second visit from her if anything she was even more personable than before. Great to talk to, she is educated and smart.
A close second for me would be Jasmine at SU, we seem to click and I find her personality refreshing.

Roxie, French speaking, dangerously upbeat goth girl. And Dez, my favorite equestrian. Each has far more personality than is proper for a lady to possess.
