Best Part of Town to Stay in When I'm in Vancouver

I am from Toronto and I will be in Vancouver on November 14th until November 24th. I prefer to stay in a condo than a hotel so I am searching for one right now. I have never been to Vancouver before so I do not know the city at all. I have been told that Yaletown is a great place to stay.

Can you please recommend where is the most convenient part of town to stay in for all my wonderful clients that will be visiting me. I want to book asap!!! And if any of you have a condo you would like to rent to me, that would be even better!!! Thank you!!!

Don't know about condo's but if you want a hotel... look up Soleil... http://www.hotellesoleil.com/
met a nice lady there once
for condos though yes Yaletown/Downtown/Gastown are good locations (just don't stray too far east on Hastings/Cordova)

Carmena, a quiet furnished condo/long-term stay hotel just off Robson Street, is centrally-located and very convenient.
