I haven't been around much really, so bear with me.
1- Cherry at velvet touch
2- I don't like BJ really, find it demeaning to the ladies.

4 - Hmm... going to go with Sarah at MMC, just because she is so pretty.

9 - Cherry at Velvet Touch, for everything I ever wanted, even though I always asked her and told her I'd never do anything she was uncomfortable with, she was always willing.
10 - The hard choice.. Lee at the place that must not be mentioned stands out. I'd of sooner stayed home and watched porn.
It's really hard to categorize my best of 2008 in such a manner.
All I know is, this year I only pooned about twice a month and I've stuck with favorites for the most part: Zoe (Prestige), Malaysia (Revive), Kendra (Revive - when available) and Vienna (Legends - when scheduling aligns). This year I had a session with Lilith for the first time and plan to see her again and again; had a mediocre session with Mercedes (Jailey); I got reacquainted with Shawna recently; had some good sessions with Valentina at Temptations and 50th St until she moved away; and the only visitor I managed to see was Desiree (My French Muse).
As for 2009, I have some girls on my to-do list such as Paige (50th), Candy (Temptations), Kadee (Legends), Carmen (Legends), Abigail (Aristocrat) and Lita (Revive); I haven't seen Cherry (50th), Virginia (50th) and Josie (Legends) in a long time but plan to do so; and there's a couple of TOFTT candidates out there.
