Completely agree with you on what I have quoted from your post. But high end for me also means a true "pro" who knows how to connect, please, "service", with whom time rushes by and who knows how to leave you completely satisfied at the end. I have seen a few of those.
Having said that, some of the very best sessions and connections I've had have been with some genuinely very pleasant ladies temporarily in Canada who work 10 hours a day 6 days a week (except during period time) for a few months and then head back to their lives. Some great natural gals who kick "bad" customers out and stay safe. These have been high end ladies in my mind.
We have some top end ladies... Many Canadian girls and most in their 20s. Believe what you wish though.
Agree with lots of what has been said and sorry Asian Fever I don't want to sound like I'm picking on you guys but although the amazingly high production value on ad spending, video shoots etc is nice the whole operation and experience even if the girl is amazing has always and will always just feel like your typical Asian Agency experience which is not high end. That said, you've generally taken feedback and comments well and I expect the same here. Anyway just my 2 cents.

New, active etc is not based on length of time on site, it is based on activity level. A person who signed up last month but posts daily/multiple times a day will have their bio automatically change before a member from join date 2009 who only uses perb to lurk.
I don't venture out too often for Asians sp but I found Willow from 1122 to be stunning. Living a very westernized lifestyle, seeing international students from Asia and not knowing how to approach then, she really let me feel that "type" of experience. Hope this helps out OP

If you want to try “high end”, you’d have to be okay with paying 700/h and/or can book them for the entire night for 2000 instead.
If not, then any agencies like yumikolove, foxy604, daynightvip and xiaodimsum will suffice.

I've wrestled with what "high end" means to me and how to express it here. My instinctual reaction is based on the financial outlay but then I realize it has more to do with what should be the expectation in relation to such. "High end" is not only a more substantial monetary investment but it would be with a woman that is obviously meticulous about her self care, has her own standards for whom she'll see, and is low volume (as stated by others). I exclude any of our ladies at the familiar shops including Xiao, AF, Daynight, Yumiko,K604, etc. I've frequented all of the known names except AF for many many years and very frequently. In these shops, I've met some women that could be considered high end if they were not subjecting themselves to quantity over quality but they still are able to create the illusion that quantity is not a part of their day. Such ladies are Soda, Song, Black Rose and a few others of late, and in the past I would think Stella of K604, Magen of LFL and a few others could have been in the same category, more or less, had they opted to be independent and stick around for the long term.
So in summary, I consider high end to be:
1. Picky in their clientele,
2. Taking exceptional care of themselves. I'm talking about more than simply washing in all the nooks in crannies. There is a difference when you are with a woman whose lifestyle off the clock is dedicated to self care and improvement. I was with a woman yesterday that is a little above average shop pricing, sees only select clientele (she doesn't even advertise any more), and was so well manicured as a human that I could not stop marvelling at her perfection. She's dedicated to exercise, eating healthy and everything you'd expect in someone that has other priorities than making as much money as possible in as little time as possible before returning home elsewhere on the planet.
3. Relatively few dates in a week as opposed to ten or more in a day (give or take).
So in the end, price isn't really a factor but it is usually an indicator of such providers. The caveat is that we all know this isn't always the case, which is why reviews are so important by established members. I recall one "high end" provider that charges nearly 1000 bucks for an hour of her time, and what I see on her Insta shows me she's anything but high end. She smokes, has ink that isn't the most tasteful (personal opinion) and isn't exceptionally talented at applying makeup. In other words, her fee belies her presentation.
The three points I presented could be shared by any provider that is charging 200 an hour, not just 500 or more. It all comes down to attitude and presentation and none of the Asian dens provide this because, how could they when some are pushing sixty dicks a week or more on their ladies?
So in summary, I consider high end to be:
