I think you'll find that this is very much a YMMV experience. Many girls will with some guys they especially like but will not with others. In my opinion, it would not be fair to put them in a position where every guy coming in would be expecting the same kind of treatment.
Well said LJ. Besides these girls have a pretty good idea who they saw when and what they did with who. Coming on here and spilling the beans is a good way of having your special privigles revoked. My advise to Connor808 is if you find someone offering it to you, keep it to yourself.
