waiflover: keep in mind that many SPs lurk on this board and read everything we say about them. If any of them are "outted" on the DFK then they will stop offering it. Because they don't want to do it with everybody. Another thing - her co-workers likely don't know what she does with each client, so if she's offering things that the others at the MP aren't, then that is going to cause problems too.
The best thing is this: ask the SP if she wants certain services mentioned in reviews.

SPs who DFK don't do it with everyone..
DFK is a really personal service. Here are some reasons the ladies offer it only on a YMMV basis.
Some pooners have rotten breath or halitosis.
Some can have visible sores aroun their mouths.
Some have scraggy beards which may turn off the SP.
Soem guys are too rough or rude, so no extras for them.
Some just don't know how to kiss a lady at all.
Some guys try to jam their tongues down the ladies' throats without asking permission.
SPs don't want to catch the flu or common cold from DFKing if it's going around.
Also, at certain studios, (wo)management disapproves of their girls offering DFK.
And the girls who don't offer DFK to the general public, but only to certain clients, don't know which pussies your tongue's been Datying, so they're leery.

I couldn't have said it any better than that TOFTT. Certain SP's will only allow DFK with certain clients also because it is a very personable thing and the same goes with DATY.

Happened to me once, and I agree I wouldn't want to tell anyone about it. I guess I am here, but I won't share any names. It did catch me off guard, wasn't expecting it, but it was quite nice. I asked her about it after. She said she doesn't do it with everyone. Understandable, I guess.
