It's that time again perbies, what is YOUR favourite coffee? I love the swift aromatic attributes of coffee slowly brewed to maximize deliciousness and flavour in every drip, pour and drop. One day, I was awakened by the loving smell of freshly brewed coffee simmering...just begging to be enjoyed with sincerity and professionalism. IMHO, the best coffee originates from Brazil.

As usual, you are very short on any specifics. Where did you buy this coffee, what was the roasting process, how many different types/regions of beans were in the blend?
What were the brewing techniques? Was it via a pump driven espresso maker, was it by a French Press, was it via a drip, etc etc.
I consider myself a bit of a coffee aficionado and go to coffee tastings to give my views on new blends.
Trust me, there is a whole new world of info to convey rather than this tripe you post (constantly).

Well this Cowboy doesn't know how to drink coffee with sincere professionalism...And I don't want to find out what a adjective enema is....
But a perfect cup of coffee comes from a soot stained old iron coffee pot, poured from Miss Erica's hand, while Miss Tanya holds the metal cup.
Waiting with milk in her hand ,is Catherine James, with Escapefromstress spoons a little sugar in afterwards....Alleyn stokes the fire to keep the temperature up for the perfect perculation of the old kettle....While Claire ,and Lady Via Feed the horses tied in the trees...Topless of course.
The coffee is just the 8 dollar stuff from Superstore.
I really don't care at that point ...what country it's from..Go ahead and call me uncultured, and unfit for the Perb Lifestyle .

I just got to stop walking into Starbucks for my yearly visit and saying..."I just want a coffee, no fancy shit...just a coffee"....Angela, I have no idea what all that stuff means, or have a clue what it would taste like.

Well sybian, that's because you don't fit Angela's criteria on all three points. ---- She loves men that are dark, strong and rich.
Just being strong won't get you invited to her golden espresso kaffee klatch, made in a famous bialetti moka express.
But, with all this sunny weather, go and get a good dark tan, sell a few head of cattle, and you'll be in like Flin.

I used to work at a pub many, many years ago that served drinks in those jars. They were hard to break, so lasted longer than traditional glasses.
What I like about Mason jars is I can buy them any place in cases of twelve, and in any size I want, for 14 bucks a case.
My fingers won't curl around a traditional coffee mugs handle, and I like to drink 6 cups of measured coffee in one jar.
You don't want to talk to me before I get at least half that jar of coffee in me first thing in the morning. All my Cowboy employees know, if the coffee isn't finished brewing ,there's to be no talking...It's an unwritten law here.
Sometimes it's nice to be the boss, and make up my own rules as I go along.

Now this man knows how he likes his coffee I'm sure LV and I would take great care of your horses, as long as they don't nibble our nipples!!
I like strong and dark. Lately I've been buying 'Kicking Horse' beans and grinding them right before using my French press. A little more effort involved first thing in the morning as opposed to setting the timer on the drip machine, but it certainly pleases my need for a jolt. I take it black. No need to muck it up with sugar and cream.
I like JJ Bean. Not totally onboard with the hipster coffee scene though a few places do produce some noteworthy brews: Elysian and Matchstick come to mind.
I simply just pour, grind, steep, and enjoy.
Used to be hooked on Tim Hortons before I started drinking it black. Now Timmy's and Starbucks without the intervention taste horrid to me.
